This little number has a 16:9 aspect ratio and 1600 x 900 resolution which gives it excellent picture clarity and it even has a 5ms response time which is quite good given that you’re not paying an arm and a leg for response time that can keep up with most gaming demands.
I did notice that the speakers aren’t the best – I’ve heard better built in speakers, but really, for a computer this size it can get pretty loud even if the sound can be a bit distorted without earphones. But don’t let the speakers scare you off, there are lots of things that make up for the speakers, like excellent tilt adjustment; something you don’t usually get with monitors of this size and in this price range.
In fact, this monitor is affordable enough that you can actually buy more than one so that every computer in your house has good quality display. Of course it also makes for an excellent secondary computer monitor as well as a great choice for college students given its sturdy nature and sleek design.
