Any LG EW224T review will tell you that this 22” LED LCD Widescreen Monitor is a great deal. While not the best monitor for gaming or for watching movies, it definitely makes for an excellent general purpose monitor. Its low price means that you won’t feel that you are making a bad choice, even if you choose it as a backup monitor to have on hand in case your others give out.
It really isn’t the best choice for gamers, but the LG EW224T may be exactly what the doctor ordered if you are using it in an office setting or for straight up computer usage and word processing. While the LE EW224T is inexpensive, it is fairly sturdy, especially if it is mounted on a wall. Its desktop stand leaves a bit to be desired, but that is easily cured by securing it to a wall, and the picture on this little number is good enough that it is worth doing just that.
For standard computer work the LE EW224T does an awesome job with a clear picture and the ability to view two documents side by side without having to sacrifice clarity or depth. You also get a 1920 x 1080 resolution and high definition into the bargain as well as an excellent color depth, though it tends to be a bit on the blue side.
For a high definition computer monitor, this really is a steal. However, if you are looking at pure gaming capabilities, you may want to check out something that has better fine tuning capabilities.
